If you know anything about Ben Lueders, you know that he can't cook. That's one of the main reasons he needs a wife...he's pretty helpless in the kitchen. (It's actually kinda sad to watch him try sometimes.) If he ever invites you over for dinner, 9 times out of 10 you're gonna be having a frozen pizza. Just try it.
But one thing that Ben does relatively well is breakfasts. In fact, his famous egg skillets are really second-to-none. (According to benlueders.com)

You can always just grate cheese on top afterwards, but my brother stole my cheese grater...so I just mix some huge chunks of Medium Chedder in the mix...

Mmmm! I have a couple dabs of Cream cheese to use up...this will add to the artery clogging nature of this singular breakfast delicacy. Make sure you start mixing this stuff up...everything tastes better when stirred y'know. (About this time is where I pop the toast in, and get out the OJ...)

And that's all there is to it, my friends! Put some strawberry jam on the toast... pour a tall glass of Orange Juice...and just savor the goodness!
